LEAGUE MVP

Our seasons Most Valuable Player is; Alexei DaSilva (2B) of the Toronto Blue Jays. DaSilva finished the season 61 HR, 157 RBI, 322 BA, with a 1.068 OPS. This 3 time American League MVP and 8 time All-Star led the Blue Jays to a 107-55 record and their 10th divisional title in 11 seasons.

CY YOUNG AWARD WINNER

Cincinnati Reds Ace Clay Porter (20-8) is our McCabe Magazines Cy Young award winner. He finished the season with a 2.85 ERA and a 1.16 Whip which led all 20 game winners in the Biggs. The Reds completed the season with a 98-64 record, a North division title, and a number 2 seed in the National League playoffs.

FIREMAN of the YEAR

McCabe Magazines Fireman of the Year is Pedro Manuel of the San Diego Padres. Manuel is a 5 time Fireman of the Year award winner, 7 time All-Star, and the best Closer in baseball we’ve seen since Skeeter Brown, P was elected to the Hall of Fame in season 16. His stats 47 Saves, 49 Save Opportunities, and an eye popping 0.98 Whip, 1.29 ERA.
